As we continue to experience large order volumes we have a few reminders:
- A Caseworker may only order for a client every 6 months
- Request winter items now such as coats, boots, hats, gloves, etc. now since you can't order again until spring
- We will allow for a revisit only if winter coats or boots are unavailable now. Please add the reorder request to your notes in the order system.
IMPORTANT REMINDER: Please pick up your orders on the date you request. We had a record number of 77 orders last week! We are at capacity for both clothing and food orders storage. Your assistance is greatly appreciated!
