Welcome back! 

We have many new caseworkers registered with the CCFP. We want to share some reminders, updates and schedules with all of you so that you can plan for the upcoming months. 

CASEWORKERS: Please carefully read all the notes below.  

CALENDAR REMINDERS:

  • Monday, August 10 - reopen for caseworker orders pickup.
  • Pick up hours are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 9:30-11:30am

CLOTHING ORDERS:

  • Fall is upon us and we are stocking up on clothing, jackets, and footwear! We still have summer clothing available in some departments. Feel free to ask for both summer and fall clothing
  • Please be specific in your requests from clients. Feel free to add detail in the note section in the order system. We try to give a variety of clothing for adults, children, and infants but any additional information from you is VERY helpful!
  • Uniform clothing - we do not regularly stock uniform clothing. It will be available only if it is donated to us. 
  • Big men’s pants are available specifically pants waist 48-60, lengths are mainly 30-32.
  • Winter outerwear, hats, and gloves will be available in October.

CASEWORKER ORDERING REMINDERS: 

  • You are only able to order for a client family 2x yearly  
  • We only serve clients that live in Oakland County
  • Please pickup your orders promptly on the date requested. 
  • If you no longer need a client order please let us know immediately so that we can clear it from our shelf. Email ccfpcc1@gmail.com with the order number. 

It is our privilege to support you and the clients you work with. Our volunteers work tirelessly to fill your orders to the best of their ability based on current inventory. Please take a moment to thank them when you’re at the CCFP. They will appreciate it very much!
