The Ladies of Charity will be sponsoring the 16^th Easter Ham Drive this year for Matchan Nutrition Center. The collection will be at Our Lady Queen of Martyrs’ parish, and the parish is invited to join us. Matchan is asking for your support, as in the past. The Ladies of Charity has always been very generous to us and others in need which we appreciate.

 The hams can be purchased as cooked or uncooked. If you are willing to donate a ham this year, just bring it to Our Lady Queen of Martyr’s church parking lot on Monday, March 30^th between 9 AM and 11 AM.  If you have a question, call LOC Chairperson Mary Ottney at 248-646-9945. If you would rather make a donation, make your check payable to the Ladies of Charity of St. Vincent De Paul and send it to Mary (32355 Arlington Dr., Beverly Hills, MI, 48025). Please see details at the end of this letter.

The Matchan Nutrition Center is a Soup Kitchen and a Pantry/Market, sponsored by St. Vincent de Paul Oakland County. We have been cooking meals from scratch for over 42 years for our neighbors. The LOC Bake and Share provides delicious sweets for these meals on a weekly basis.

Matchan Nutrition Center

On Monday, March 30th between 9:00 AM and 11:00, bring the ham to Our Lady Queen of Martyrs’ parking lot (behind the church). A van will be ready to take the hams to the Nutrition Center.

If you miss the collection you can deliver the ham to the Nutrition Center on a Tuesday or Thursday between 8:00 AM and 11:30 PM before or after the collection day.
