The mission of the Matchan Nutrition Center is to serve hot, well balanced meals to our neighbors in need and to provide other life changing assistance that lead to self-sufficiency locally in Oakland County. Mary’s Mantle is a Catholic residential program for homeless expectant women in the metro Detroit area. We witness the love of Christ by promoting the dignity of life. We provide a safe, faith-based, and caring environment that supports the transition into motherhood, including extended aftercare for continued personal growth and integration into the community. We focus on the spiritual, emotional, physical, educational, and vocational well-being of mother and child. On average, the number of women on the waiting list ranges from five to fifteen. https://marysmantle.net

Mary’s Children is a non-profit organization created to serve people with brain injuries/ intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families by providing academic, recreational, and social activities in a Christ-oriented environment in the community. The Center provides a structured Day Program for adults with brain injuries who are beyond the stage of their recovery where intense rehabilitation is necessary. They offer supervised self-directed structured activities. The program is designed to improve functional independence and enhance the quality of life for the person overcoming brain injuries now living in the community. https://www.maryschildrenfamilycenter.org
